The silence from the SEC is unacceptable. The #MMTLP situation is not just about one ticker… it’s about the credibility of our markets and the trust the American people have in our financial institutions and regulators.

Many within the $MMTLP Community have fallen on extremely hard times due to the FRAUD committed by #FINRA:
• Some have lost their only means of transportation
• Some have lost their homes
• Others are having extreme difficulty feeding their families
• Many are suffering mental health setbacks, such as depression and anxiety
• More importantly, some, including VETERANS, have actually taken their lives!

As you can see, there’s an extreme urgency regarding this matter. Respectfully, the $MMTLP Community is asking for you leadership in facilitating a MARKET-BASED $MMTLP RESOLUTION to close out all naked short positions, of which we estimate to be 5X-10X the FLOAT (165.5M shares).

Next Bridge Hydrocarbons (per their letter to #FINRA in April 2023) is in full agreement to facilitate a "Position Close Only" trading event in order to balance the books of every Broker-Dealer. This means the retail investors will have the opportunity to sell their #CounterfeitShares while those holding naked short positions will be obligated to buy back the shares of which was illegally obtained.

I feel like I have been hamstrung in this matter due to the ongoing SEC battle I have personally. Now that the MTD has been filed, I invite @RepRalphNorman to read it and formally retract the statements he falsely made about me on the @OANN network, in particular the show hosted by @DanNewsManBall.

Dan was nice enough to admit he didn't have all of the facts and apologize in a space call immediately after the show aired. However, @RepRalphNorman continues to stonewall the community and still is not aware of the true facts.

I am formally asking @RepRalphNorman for a retraction and MOST IMPORTANTLY, do what you said you would do to help the $MMTLP community. You have the power, do you have the will?

Right when this aired, I called my attorney to ask if a sitting congressman can be sued for defamation. They told me don't bother, but then I asked GROK this morning as it still chaps me that he so blatantly lied, and defamed me as a criminal who walked away with over $100 million dollars.

We all know his office has been infiltrated by someone we all know.
