1 residential property owned should have no yearly taxes, while owning multiple residential properties should increase the amount of taxes owed as the number of properties are owned (a increasing as more properties are owned).

This will help reduce the control of corporations on the housing market price (for rentals), an encourage the sale of houses rather than rental properties while still giving a zero property tax to individuals, and being useful to this that only own a few properties while also being able to collect property taxes.
