I just wanted to add from to this that the stream where the clip comes from, that yes while this talk started from the TMT calls during the EN concert, however she also talking about it in a more general sense of shouting jokes or memes that can change the vibe/atmosphere of the concert. Like she uses the example, "Mizu-oshii?" aka "Is the water tasty?" along side with the TMT call which to give background to that one is sort of a meme thing to ask when the performer is drinking water on stage in Japan. It's died down a lot now compare to the old days (that meme is like more than 15 years old at this point I just found out and from the Tamura Yukari days), and performers have different views on whether it's okay to do this or not, but the point is as Towa mentions she doesn't want things like that during her sololive as it throws her off basically on how to respond to those things as mention in the quoted reply tweet and changes the vibe of what should be a milestone in her career, a "I succeeded in getting to my 2nd sololive" milestone.

Like these things are fine for Fes and EN live as she mentioned in both clip and the reply (as those places feel like the right place for that thing to her). But for her sololive she doesn't want people making jokes out loud during it or shouting memes during it as it changes the vibes of the concert and what she's going for what should be her "big moment".

If anything the TL;DR I hope you take if you ignore the 2 paragraphs above is respect the vibe/atmosphere that Towa is going for her sololive aka it's a time to be enjoying an amazing concert and listening with fellow fans at another amazing moment in Towa's career and not making jokes or shouting memes during it

And she understands that people are saying TMT out of love, but time and place are also important here which is so often forgotten at times
