Hey @TrubyHilton and @Hilton my wife is at your Sandusky, Ohio location. People in the lobby are leaving because AC units are broken. My wife has been waiting at the counter and was told her room isn’t ready but no update or ETA on when.

We paid a decent amount of money for that room and to be treated like a burden instead of a paying customer is wild behavior.
