I recall arriving in Kampala for the 7th Pan African Congress in the company of Gamal Nkrumah, Tajudeen Abdul Rahaman, Kwame Ture and General Aideed.

There was a lot of hope for Pan-African unity and the establishment of a people-centred government led by Yoweri Museveni, whose National Resistance Army (NRA) had driven out the forces of General Idi Amin.

In Museveni’s corner was General Kahina Otafire, then head of national security who spoke the language of revolutionary change.

But all of that appears to be fast fading and the once progressive regime has turned its guns on Pan African and Progressive forces.

In a way, the arrest of members of the newly formed Communist League of Uganda demonstrates how far the Museveni regime has moved from progressive posturing to a clampdown on the forces for working-class mobilization and Pan-Africanism.

We demand unconditional freedom for Habibu Twalala and all those whom the state security agents arrested on August 29, 2026.

Uganda must be free from the predatory forces of neo-colonialism.

Fellow Africans as you may be aware, Kenyan's failed president William Ruto last week issued a policy of harassing poor African traders seeking to make a living in Kenya..

He has been waging a campaign against poor Africans living in Kenya, who are mostly Burundi national.

Unfortunately for him, Kenyans are decent people, unlike in other places in Africa, where being an African foreigner could get you killed.

This young Kenyan lady like a majority of Kenyans i have witnessed, are seeking to protect their Fellow Africans. They are refusing to treat Africans in the unpleasant way we see in other places, and we must commend them and raise awareness of the plight of poor Burundi nationals in Kenya.

You want continental unification, but you can't unify two sentences of critical thought. Sit down and read before you type again.

You're crying about African leaders while ignoring who actually runs the table. Here's the evidence, point by point, since you clearly haven't done fifteen minutes of reading before opening your mouth.

1. Terrorism financing runs through the "respectable" class, not just bandits in the bush

David Hundeyin's own reporting, Cornflakes for Jihad, lays out how NASCO's founder, a man with access to federal ministers and even the president, allegedly laundered money for GSPC, the Algerian terror network whose fighters trained in 2002 and later formed the founding core of Boko Haram.

Fast forward to now. In 2026, Senator Shehu Buba is facing public allegations of terrorism financing, surfaced by a private citizen named Hassan Fulani, not by david oo.

The Federal Government's own Sanctions Committee has published updated lists of over fifty sanctioned terrorism financiers in 2026 alone, including companies.

The EFCC reported over 900 convictions for financial crimes between January and April 2026, including a former bank MD, a former minister, and a former senator. Where's your outrage for any of that? Nowhere. Because it doesn't fit your script.

2. The banks, NGOs, and old money never get the same scrutiny

If you want accountability, name the banks moving this money. Name the NGOs used as cover. Name the decades-old conglomerates sitting on unexplained fortunes built off exactly this kind of laundering.

You won't, because your entire worldview depends on the accountability conversation stopping at Aso Rock and never reaching Wall Street, Zurich, or Dubai.

Even the Nigerian Senate knows this. In December 2025 it passed an Anti-Terrorism Act amendment specifically to force the naming of sponsors and financiers, after the House of Representatives demanded the executive name terrorism financiers outright.

That bill exists because for over a decade the government has known who's funding this and refused to name names. That's the accountability gap you should be screaming about.

3. Your "independent" media is funded by the same foreign hand you pretend doesn't exist

Premium Times, Sahara Reporters, ICIR, the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism, Daily Trust Foundation, all of them have taken direct MacArthur Foundation money through its "On Nigeria" program. Not once, repeatedly. $5 million in 2017, $6.3 million in 2019, $19.2 million in 2022.

That's over $30 million in traceable grants to the exact outlets that lecture Nigerians about foreign influence and accountability. Public record, on MacArthur's own website, not a rumor.

4. The CIA has physically operated inside Nigeria, not in theory, in practice

Declassified JFK-era files, released in 2025, confirm the CIA ran an active covert station in Lagos throughout the 1960s, one of only six on the entire continent alongside Nairobi, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Rabat, and Salisbury.

And more recently, a retired CIA officer wrote, in her own published memoir "The Sisterhood," about running an agency operation out of Maiduguri during the Buhari years, dropped into the region alone with a hundred thousand dollars in agency cash, operating under NGO and aid cover while Boko Haram's ISWAP rebrand was underway. That's not a theory. That's a former officer confirming it herself in print.

That is a foreign intelligence service operating on our soil, funded, admitted, and documented.

5. Even our defense sector isn't fully ours anymore

Terra Industries, marketed to Nigerians as our homegrown defense tech success story, is backed by Palantir, a company whose software already runs inside the CIA, the Pentagon, and Israel's Ministry of Defence, and whose founder's network sits inside the current US administration.

Critics have said plainly that when your security infrastructure's biggest investor already serves two foreign militaries and an intelligence agency, the question of who Africa's defense systems ultimately answer to isn't paranoia, it's arithmetic.

Palantir's pattern isn't unique to us either. It just won a £240 million no-bid enterprise deal with the UK Ministry of Defence after hiring four former MoD officials, and internal Pentagon memos this year proposed funneling it up to $244 million more without competitive bidding. This is a company that embeds itself inside a government's decision-making before it ever wins the contract. Now it's inside ours.

6. Even the "reintegration" of Boko Haram is a European grant program, and the money trail is the real story

This is happening right now. The EU has committed €731 million to Nigeria for 2021 to 2027, and a clause buried in that partnership explicitly funds the reintegration of former Boko Haram, ISWAP, and JNIM fighters back into communities in Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa.

On top of that, the EU separately pledged €300 million for counter-extremism work, including a dedicated €20 million line and a €7.5 million "RAMPARTS" program specifically for reintegrating ex-Boko Haram members.

Read that again. The men who killed our people, burned our villages, and orphaned over 50,000 children are being reintegrated with European grant money, delivered through NGOs and UN agencies as implementing partners, while the Senate itself, led by voices like Adams Oshiomhole, is on record rejecting the policy because it pardons killers while victims still suffer.

So here's my question for you directly.
Did you call out the government for quietly signing this. Did you call out the NGOs and UN agencies acting as implementing partners for this money.
Did you call out the banks and financial channels processing hundreds of millions of euros in grants that end up rehabilitating terrorists instead of compensating their victims. You didn't.
Not one post, not one word.

Of every foreign bank, NGO, foundation, intelligence agency, defense contractor, and now EU grant program on this list, funding either the terrorism or its "reintegration," name one you've ever said a single word about. You can't.

That's the whole point. You were never against foreign interference. You were only ever against Africans noticing it.

David is not your mate and you certainly do not operate with an IQ worthy of comprehension.

The next time you want to open your hole to speak, remember that there are people like me who do not let foolishness slide.
