NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Cheating Exposed Again!

Bihar (Lakhisarai): 30 arrested including AIIMS, BHU & Delhi MBBS students acting as proxies + biometric staff collusion.

Additionally: A student was caught using a hidden mobile phone in the exam centre washroom during the re-exam.

This happened despite NTA’s claimed “strict protocols”, biometrics, CCTV & mobile jammers. If strict protocols, biometrics, CCTV & jammers were truly in place, how is this even possible?

If top medical college students can so easily become proxies for others, then: What improvements did NTA actually make after the 2026 paper leak?

How are they still allowed to conduct an exam that decides the future of lakhs of students and the competence of future doctors — a profession where lives of patients depend on real merit?

This comes after:
• NEET UG 2026 paper leak
• NEET SS counselling halted/delayed for months
• No proper notification or clear schedule for NEET PG 2026 yet (tentative date Aug 30?)

What exactly is going on in @MoHFW_India, @NMC_BHARAT , NTA and the entire chain of authorities responsible for medical education?

Students, parents & the nation deserve full transparency, independent investigation & real accountability — not just arrests at the bottom while the system remains broken.

#WATCH | Nagpur, Mahrashtra: Family of a NEET aspirant, Abdullah Mohammad Talib, claims that he was allocated a school in Abu Dhabi as his exam center for NEET-UG re-exam scheduled to be held on 21st June.

His father, Mohammad Talib, says, "...After the admit card was downloaded at 4 pm yesterday, we found the Centre mentioned to be a school in Abu Dhabi. We were really shocked as we had not given anything as such in our options. We dialled up the helpline number. They told us to send them a mail. When we sent a mail, we received a call that we will be issued a fresh admit card by 4 pm on Saturday. We had given 3 districts as options but we now demand that Nagpur be given us as the Centre because he is shocked. There is no time to go to any other district. He cried a lot yesterday and did not even want to write the exam. But his mother tried to convince him. If he is convinced, he will appear for the exam. He does not even have a passport..."

# Open Letter: Ek NEET Aspirant Ki Taraf Se
Mera naam zaroori nahi hai.

Main bas un lakhon students mein se ek hoon jo har saal apni neend, apne festivals, apne hobbies, apna bachpan aur kabhi-kabhi apni khushi tak ek exam ke naam kar dete hain.

Humse kaha jaata hai ki mehnat karo. Hum karte hain.

Humse kaha jaata hai ki distractions chhodo. Hum chhod dete hain.

Humse kaha jaata hai ki ek fair competition hoga. Lekin kya sach mein hota hai?

Mujhe yeh nahi pata ki mera paper safe hai ya nahi.

Mujhe yeh nahi pata ki jis centre par main exam dunga, wahan rules aur SOPs follow honge ya nahi.

Mujhe yeh nahi pata ki mera result meri mehnat decide karegi ya kisi aise insaan ki jeb jisme lakhon rupaye hain.

Aur phir bhi mujhse expect kiya jaata hai ki main apni poori zindagi is exam ke bharose laga doon.

Main poochna chahta hoon

Agar aap mujhe yeh guarantee nahi de sakte ki mera exam fair hoga, toh aap mujhse yeh guarantee kaise maang sakte hain ki main apna sab kuch iske liye de doon?

Agar paper aapki custody se leak ho jaata hai, toh zimmedar sirf chor hai ya woh system bhi jisne chori ko mumkin banaya?

Agar har saal controversy hoti hai, har saal investigation hoti hai, har saal promises hote hain toh har saal bharosa sirf students se hi kyun maanga jaata hai?

Humse ek question galat ho jaaye toh marks kaat liye jaate hain.

Jab system galti karta hai, toh uske marks kaun kaat ta hai?

Hum late pahunch jaayein toh exam dene nahi diya jaata.

Jab institutions fail hote hain, toh unhe kis line mein khada kiya jaata hai?

Humse transparency maangi jaati hai.

Humse honesty maangi jaati hai.

Humse discipline maanga jaata hai.

Lekin kya humein bhi transparency, honesty aur accountability milti hai?

Sach batau ?

Students sirf seats ke liye compete nahi kar rahe.

Hum uncertainty ke khilaaf compete kar rahe hain.

Hum rumours ke khilaaf compete kar rahe hain.

Hum leaks, scams aur system ki failures ke khilaaf compete kar rahe hain.

Aur sabse mushkil baat yeh hai ki inmein se kisi chapter ka syllabus NCERT mein nahi hai.

Hum kisi special favour ki demand nahi kar rahe.

Hum grace marks nahi maang rahe.

Hum shortcut nahi maang rahe.

Hum bas woh maang rahe hain jo har student ka basic right hona chahiye—

**Ek fair exam. Ek transparent process. Aur ek accountable system.**

Kyuki jab ek student fail hota hai, usse kaha jaata hai ki aur mehnat karo.

Lekin jab system fail hota hai, usse kab kaha jaayega ki aur behtar bano?

Agar yeh letter aapko touch karta hai, agar aap kisi NEET, CUET, JEE, UGC NET ya kisi bhi competitive exam aspirant ko jaante hain, toh isse share kijiye.

Kyuki awaaz tabhi badal laati hai jab woh akeli nahi rehti.

**Hum sirf answers nahi maang rahe. Hum accountability maang rahe hain.**

Humse ek OMR ki galti bardasht nahi ki jaati. Phir system ki itni badi galtiyon ko 'technical issue' kehkar kyun bhula diya jaata hai?
