URGENT QUESTIONS THAT DEMAND ANSWERS URGENTLY IN BOTH CASES

1. The cases of Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa must now collapse, since the evidence used at the time was tainted by terrorism financing allegations involving the then Attorney General, whose charges were dropped yesterday by the same government.

QUESTIONS:

2. If Nigerian courts and courts in Finland relied on corrupted intelligence evidence supplied by Nigeria’s former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami—who was himself accused of financing terrorism while in office—and who prepared dossiers used by agencies to abduct and rendition Nnamdi Kanu on the same (allegedly fabricated) terrorism charges;

3. And if this same corrupted evidence was distributed by that Attorney General, whose own terrorism financing charges have now been dropped by the Nigerian government, despite his role as former Minister of Justice under President Muhammadu Buhari (2015–2023), and his alleged involvement in unlawful actions and fabricated intelligence reports;

4. Is it not now time to drop both cases, given that the former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, was the central figure behind the alleged false intelligence?

5. The former custodian of the law, who brought charges against others, is now himself facing a revised charge sheet focused solely on the alleged illegal possession of firearms in his residence.

6. Does Finland now recognize the situation created by the former Attorney General of Nigeria through these so-called intelligence dossiers?

7. The amended charge states that weapons and live cartridges were recovered from Malami’s residence in Birnin Kebbi, in north-west Nigeria. SO WHO WAS A TERRORIST HERE ?

PM Simon Ekpa has not authorized any publication using his name by one Chioma Okeoma and her group.

It has come to the attention of the United States of Biafra Government USB that some disgruntled Biafran individuals working for the Nigeria government are claiming to have visited the PM Simon Ekpa.

Pictures of these individuals taken in front of presumed Alexander Stubbs house in Finland and in other locations are being paraded on social media to support their false narratives.

These individuals were also seen presenting a “gift” to be delivered to the PM in one of their social media pictures: this act alone confirms that that the PM did NOT see them or attend to them.

I wish to use this medium to inform Biafrans and our allies that the PM Simon Ekpa has private, trusted international Attorney and Strategists supporting the Finnish lawyer who is on ground in Finland.

The PM has earlier sacked a similar Nigeria sponsored group of Oge Nkere / Elias; this new manipulative group has resurfaced with the name Chioma Okeoma claiming to be Secretary of the “PURPORTED new BRGIE” (CRC/BGC) to influence the outcome of the PMs Appeal case in a negative manner

I wish to inform Biafrans that the PM has said that he will be in control of his appeal case process.

Anyone parading himself/ herself as the one in charge or coordinating the PMs appeal process is not only deceitful, disingenuous but also a threat to the Prime minister’s success in his appeal case.

For the records, the original BRGIE was collapsed into the newly declared United States of Biafra following our declaration in Finland on November 29th, 2024
