Reading several blogs and forums there are many appraisers that never stopped doing interior inspections. One appraiser writes “I’m very careful” or it’s a “business decision”.

Most Appraisers haven’t been doing interior inspections for weeks, just drive bys and desktops. We don’t want to infect anyone or be infected by the occupant. My firm stopped interior inspections in city 3 weeks ago - public transportation is the big risk there - a Petri dish.
