@FreeNow_IE I used the app to order a taxi on Friday night. I didn’t realise my card would be charged and I paid the driver cash. My card has now been charged so i have double paid for my trip. How do I get a refund on my card. I sent in an email request but have had no reply

@ESBNetworks I have been waiting around 6 weeks to get wires re clipped after having external insulation done. Was told it would be 2 weeks, rang after week and I was told it would be done the following week, that was about 3 weeks ago. Still waiting.

@ESBNetworks @ESBNetworks we logged a job for external insulation in April. Were told it would be done approx 8 weeks after payment, payment was made in 21st April. Now being told it is 20 weeks from payment. Our insulation company has started on site today.
