Comets got to within 5-4 in the third period -- and had a good push with 14 shot in the the frame -- but Marlies get an ENG to hand Utica 6-4 loss.
First regulation loss for Comets since Nov. 24. Ends streak of 8 games with at least a point.

Laberge and Irvine set to re-join Comets. Kaplan and Grasso also get the call as well, per ECHL transactions. All signed to AHL deals.
