Seeking work from frens. I'm open to any work for the right people.
In many ways, I'm a vastly experienced and talented tech guy, so I can offer rare skills from a non-libtard, non-Indian. I'm much more interested in working with the right people than I am money. (In fact, money doesn't interest me to the point that it's become counter-survival.)
On the other side, I spent 5 weeks on Hugh Lovel's farm in the mid-90s, and I may be more fit now than I was then.

Satanism is a "denomination" of service-to-self. Too many Js are explicitly or implicitly followers of Moloch or one of the service-to-self denominations.
Once again, we have to be careful of usages of "self" / "selfishness." Rand's Strikers' Oath protected both parties: “I swear — by my life and my love of it — that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.”
Satanism is getting another man, the victim, to live for / adopt parts of the cult's teachings. These teachings are to the victim's detriment. As I've posted several times, Maddie de Garay of the Pfizer trial is the perfect poster child of Satanic success. She "selflessly" adopted the bad guys' worldview and put herself in a wheelchair indefinitely, at age 12.
The Rand hero never seeks another's destruction or even detriment except in response to a threat. The Rand hero wants everyone to succeed in an ethical manner. The hero wants everyone to be happy where happiness is based on rational standards. How is that a J worldview / ethic?
"Who cares if she hated the Bolsheviks[?]" Too few people, especially before the Second War of Communist Expansion, did so. Rand may have prevented millions of people from becoming some brand of communist.
Rand actually wrote a novel, "We the Living," set in the USSR. It is very much anti-communist. How many bleeping anti-communist works do we have???
@Uncommonsince76@MattBraynard Isn't it selfish for an English girl not to give herself to a Paki? Rand was with the English girl. That's what Rand meant by selfish.
It appears you're right about the AR Institute. There are several cases of Rand failing to think through her own ideas, and I make no defense of any of her successors.
Roughly 10 years ago I came across the concept of right-wing anarchist and left-wing anarchist. I am *not* a pure anarchist. I see the German government of 1933 - 1945 as an ad hoc committee (to use another J's idea) that damn near saved the world. I'm a fan.
Generally speaking, though, governments are evil in concept.
Right-wing anarchist are pro-life and anti-immigration. To whatever extent I am an anarchist, I'm that.
With that said, in Rand's world, immigrants would have had no welfare, nor would anyone else. They wouldn't have government loans and other programs to defraud or even use "legitimately." The restrictions that make hiring an American more expensive would not exist. IQ tests and any other kind of "discrimination" would be allowed, and thus we would have avoided the college degree trap and thus the excuse for H1B.
A brief look shows that Rand herself probably did not support the racial re-working of the immigration laws in the mid-60s. Even if for some reason we did wind up with Nigerians, she would have been on the side of police occasionally shooting them, and she would have been very opposed to BLM.
Rand kept millions of people from becoming communists. Almost all of her ideas are for the good.
My last several posts defend her. This one is a bit messy, but hopefully worthwhile.
@Remedialink@Uncommonsince76 She opposed collectivism, period, for anyone.
For purposes of this post, I'm not arguing for or against collectivism, but Rand was anti-collectivist in all senses.
@ravemastaj@Uncommonsince76 To agree with you: selfish means keeping your money rather than having it taxed away. Selfish means picking the best mates for the best children rather than being destroyed by Paki rape gangs.
@rittalout512@Uncommonsince76 Francisco d'Anconia was as white Spanish as they come. The implication was that his ancestors have killed thousands of Moors, and then his more recent ancestors re-made their wealth, self-made, starting from nothing, in Argentina.
@Pablo6190373831@Uncommonsince76 Her statement would have gone nowhere then, in a total J media monopoly. Her goal was an intellectual defense against every evil relative of communism. She likely prevented millions from becoming (some variant of) communists.
@Uncommonsince76@MattBraynard Isn't it selfish for an English girl not to give herself to a Paki? Rand was with the English girl. That's what Rand meant by selfish.
@Uncommonsince76@MattBraynard When she uses "selfish," she means in part the right to discriminate. England for the English is considered selfish by the bad guys to this day. Rand was very much against suicidal empathy in that sense of selflessness.
I posted my longer defense of Rand recently, at 12:37am ET, posted directly to "Uncommon."
As for your post, the "Americanness" of Js-by-blood should always be questioned. No argument there.
With that said, Rand loved America for all the right reasons in the sense that a convert (immigrant) is sometimes the most fanatical.
America should not be considered a propositional state. With that said, Rand observed that America is the first country founded by political philosophers who, she believed, were mostly doing their best for the future. She spent her life defending the best of these American ideas.
For that matter, she created a whole philosophy to fill in the gaps in the Founders ideas. She was trying to make the best American political-legal ideas stronger for all the best reasons.
I could go on. The brief point is that if one can earn Americanness, she did so. She was a great American.

I'm a tech generalist looking to bootstrap a small IRL high-trust network with 1-2 aligned people (red-pill, autonomy-focused, parallel economy builders per Meta Prime and @BasedTorba).
Goal: Mutual support to exit rent to the system — trade skills for stable room/board or equivalent in an aligned setup. Expand from there into broader networks and parallel economy projects.
My contributions:
Tech/sysadmin: Custom apps/scripts, online or offline AI expertise, data migration, websites, Microsoft-to-Linux/privacy migrations, ERP/maintenance (10+ yrs for law office, >$1.3M processed).
Other: Bookkeeping (GNUCash), pet care, labor, research/writing, driving.
Will move immediately for the right match. Let's build trust and expand the network.

The following is completely agreeing with you. Just adding a bit of context. Mel is tired of "preliminary," too, I'm sure.
It's a preliminary hearing, not a trial of any sort. The full trial, probably by jury, will take place months from now, unless a miracle occurs and we get a favorable ruling already. My quasi-educated understanding is that it's fairly rare for a judge to stop the process after the prelim / rule in the defense's favor.
I developed a legal billing system that focuses on criminal law. The billing code for "trial" is quite distinct from everything else. More specifically, there are codes for "jury trial" and "bench trial," which have special billing rules in my case. "Preliminary hearing" is most certainly a separate code.
The legal standard for a prelim is much different than for a trial. I'm sure Grok could tell us all about it.
As for my system, so far, it's just the original client using it, but it's been a workhorse for 10 years. If anyone wants to help us sell it, I have several lawyers who are likely receptive. Both my client and I are somewhere between unmotivated and poor salespeople.
More on Grok’s new multi-service usage pool, with a weekly reset. (Aka Grok usage / quotas.)
1. Be careful with very long typed (“chat”) conversations, even in fast mode. If there is no need for the whole context, start a new chat. Be careful prompting *anything* in a long convo, even statements that are rhetorical that Grok understands are rhetorical (venting, bitching, whining).
2. Within the same quota-week, 2-way voice mode showed 9% of my total weekly pool and then it vanished to zero 48 hours later, and has stayed at zero after another 24 hours.
Elaboration
1. long type chat - Regarding long convos, even if you’re using fast mode, that may eat quota. I ate 31% of my quota in 24 hours. I only asked 2 – 3 expert-mode questions over that time, but I would guess several dozen fast-mode prompts (50? 70? 120?).
That specific convo doesn’t want to save cleanly, and I’m not going to mess with it now. I’m not asking Grok about the size, either, because I want to avoid the whole thing until I’m near the end of my quota week. At that point, I may try to figure out how big it is.
It’s probably the longest Grok conversation I’ve ever had. Grok was serving as an advisor on a relatively common, mundane topic; it wasn’t creating anything. I may have been sitting at the computer for 15 hours over that time, over several days, where I’d be prompting 10 – 15 times an hour. (Half the conversation was weeks ago.) A large portion of the context matters, so I didn’t want to start over. I would take a guess that it’s 75 – 150 printed pages, maybe more.
When I asked Grok whether I’m near the useful context window, it didn’t think so, and maybe it’s correct. I’m using a large window, though, because the conversation has so many details.
I suspect part of the problem is that I’m doing a combination of asking objective questions and bitching and whining. Grok might analyze some portion of the convo even if I’m venting. I only considered that after the fact.
I’ll probably tell you what I was doing if you ask. Feel free to ask publicly.
2. Voice Mode – My quota week cycles at 3:18pm ET Monday. (The “Usage” menu shows you when your cycle resets.)
My quota showed 9% used by voice on Monday night. I stopped using (2-way) voice after that. Tuesday night it showed 7%. Wed morn 8%. Wed night: 0%. Now / Thu night: 0%.
Grok thinks this is a temporary oddity of the new system: the quota calculator starts with high assumptions. Then some sort of re-eval takes place. I’m not sure that makes sense. I’m just reporting.
