I ordered a Poco M7 5G On 20th August and delivery date was 22nd and most important thing it is a birthday present so 22nd was a suitable date for giving gift. around 10AM on 22nd it was in the nearest hub but at the end of the day product was remain undelivered I called him.

I tried to call all the number of flipkart customer care support but everytime it says that number does not exist and check the number again? what the hell? @Flipkart @flipkartsupport by this kind of service how can u operate in India? If I have any problem Why I cant call ?

I Didnt understand why he asked me? I already paid that amount in EMI if there is some problem with amount then It will added in EMI or not? you can see value of Oneplus nord was 6950 If there is some issue with screen then Why I have to pay 4000?

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart He told me he can't deliver on 22nd he will come in 23rd morning I agreed after that on 23rd I called him around 1pm told him to come after one hour he came and detect some issues on screen so He asked me to give 4000 INR in cash
