I know @HighStPrimary have enjoyed their #potionmaking week so far because I have seen the joy, awe, wonder & heard the squeals, laughter & splashes. THIS is why I am a huge advocate of taking subjects outside, any subject but especially #scienceoutdoors#stem#steam & by all
Never forget when bird watching 😀💚 there are so many moments I can talk about, we learnt so much together, the children thrived in the new spaces I lovingly created & put my heart & soul into. I hope the children can build on what we all achieved in such a short space of time
Incredibly lucky to have witnessed all of the amazing moments with the children - B finding his first ever toad, E realising that mud is a great thing, L for sharing her delightful knowledge with me, R for his inquisitiveness at all things nature related & H for a moment I will
@Y5HiStPrimary had a busy whittling session this aft making some lovely festive creations to take home @HighStPrimary. This is a great skill to have & was good to see so many children being sensible & concentrating on their lovely creation whilst others tried out the hammocks
Due to the damage caused by storm Arwen at the weekend the woodland is out of bounds until further notice. It is currently unsafe so please do not allow children to enter the woodland areas of school. I will update once made safe. Thanks Mrs Hill-Davis @HighStPrimary
@NursHiStPrimary loved testing out the hammocks this week. They showed respect for the hammocks & listened to my rules really well. They also demonstrated brilliant spotting of each other when tree climbing. #outdoorlearning
