The U.S. Supreme Court has announced that it will set this Friday as the day for the release of opinions, which will be the first time the court may rule on the global tariff measures promoted by Donald Trump. Given that the court previously adopted an expedited review process for the case, the market generally believes that there is a realistic possibility that the tariff case will be adjudicated.

The November 5th hearing showed that a majority of the justices were cautious or even skeptical about whether Trump had the right to implement the above-mentioned tariff measures based on the relevant laws that granted the president emergency powers in 1977.
