How To:
1 - Place a transparent glass of water near your bedside in the PM.
2- Upon waking up, perform a quick mouth rinse, swallow, and then collect some saliva in your mouth before spitting it into the water (ensure it's saliva and not mucus).
3 - Monitor the water for approximately 15 minutes, paying close attention, especially during the initial first minutes. If you are dealing with a candida overgrowth, you may observe one or more of the following signs:

- Strings (resembling legs) extending down from the saliva.
- Dense-looking saliva settling at the bottom of the glass.
-Cloudy particles suspended in the water.

If, within the first three minutes of spitting into the water, you detect the presence of "strings" hanging down, cloudy specks appearing, or "debris" sinking to the bottom, it suggests a probable extensive overgrowth, requiring additional actions.
