It was a pleasure to inaugurate @DoorDash first India talent hub in Hyderabad today, marking a significant addition to the city’s growing hyperlocal digital commerce ecosystem.

DoorDash is one of the world’s top three and the leading player in the U.S., with over 65% U.S. market share, operations across 40+ countries and more than $100 billion in Marketplace Gross Order Value (GOV) in 2025. The Hyderabad hub is expected to scale to 3,000+ professionals, with teams here supporting DoorDash’s global operations and serving consumers across markets around the world. Hyderabad will also be one of only three owned DoorDash Customer Experience and Integrity hubs globally, alongside Tempe, Arizona, and Mexico City.

This is exactly the kind of global capability we want to build in Hyderabad, bringing high-value work, global platforms and opportunities for our talent to work on businesses serving markets around the world. DoorDash joins a growing ecosystem of digital commerce companies in Hyderabad, including Amazon, Walmart, FedEx, Zomato, Uber and Swiggy.

A significant day for Hyderabad as I inaugurated @Microsoft’s India South Central data centre region today.

Microsoft has been part of Hyderabad’s technology journey for more than two decades. With this new cloud region, it is also helping shape what comes next, with Hyderabad emerging as a strategic hub for cloud and AI.

With 300MW of data centre capacity already operational and 2GW under development, Telangana is now targeting 5 GW by 2029, alongside around $30B in potential investment across the wider AI and digital infrastructure ecosystem.

The next phase is about more than adding capacity. We are bringing together infrastructure, talent and innovation to build an ecosystem where AI companies, startups, researchers and global enterprises can build and scale from Hyderabad.

This is how we vision Hyderabad’s next chapter, not just as a technology hub, but as a place where the technologies of the next decade are built.

మీ సేవా కేంద్రాల ద్వారా అందించే అన్న ముఖ్యమైన పౌర సేవలను ఇంటి దగ్గరే అందించేందుకు ఈరోజు బాగ్ లింగంపల్లిలోని ఆర్టీసీ కళ్యాణ మండపంలో ‘మీ సేవా డోర్ డెలివరీ సర్వీసెస్’ను లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభించాను.

Hyderabad’s life sciences story has been built over decades, with a strong foundation in biopharma, vaccines, research and manufacturing. What is exciting now is how this ecosystem is evolving. We are seeing global companies bring advanced R&D, clinical development, data, AI and technology capabilities to the city. The next chapter is about bringing life sciences, AI, data, engineering and advanced technology together to build the future of healthcare.

Syneos Health’s new 137,000 sq. ft. centre, its largest in Asia and third-largest globally, is a strong example of this evolution. It brings together clinical development, biopharmaceutical expertise, AI, data and technology, with teams in Hyderabad supporting global drug development. With Syneos Health joining the ecosystem, four of the world’s top five CROs now have a presence in the city, further strengthening Hyderabad’s position in global clinical research and life sciences.

Today, TASK and Dell Technologies signed an MoU to bring the ‘uDaan’ programme to Telangana and provide our youth with training in emerging technologies.

Under this programme, 5,500 students across 25 training centres will receive three months of training in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Electronics Manufacturing, Emerging Technologies and Digital Skills, along with industry exposure and employability skills.

Our Government is committed to ensuring that the youth of Telangana have access to the right skills and better opportunities. We will continue to work closely with industry and institutions to help our young people prepare for the opportunities that lie ahead.

Had a productive meeting with a high-level Singapore delegation led by Augustine Lee, Permanent Secretary (Energy and Trade), Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore, at the Telangana Secretariat today.

We had a detailed discussion on opportunities for Singapore companies in Telangana, particularly in Bharat Future City and the semiconductor sector, along with electronics, advanced manufacturing, IT, life sciences, green technology, logistics and R&D.

I invited the Singapore Government and Singapore companies to explore investment opportunities in Bharat Future City and participate in the "Telangana Rising Global Summit–2026".

Looking forward to taking the "Telangana–Singapore partnership" forward and building meaningful opportunities for investment and collaboration.
