3:44pm: Alarm raised for a man who was having seizures for 20minutes unexpectedly in a bus. So seizures started about 3:20pm.

5:21pm: After 2hours of seizures;
NO ambulance. NO help.

6:04pm: Still NO ambulance. NO help
