You're correct that these are perks tiers, but you're not getting "Main" perks for $377, you're getting some shit package with almost *zero* perks. And then they're advertising it as "Main - starting at $377". Can you see it from that angle?

If they don't "re-examine every case", then where are you getting the hundreds of innocent people dead number from? There has been 1,660 executions in the US since it was reinstated in 1976, are you suggesting that over 20% of these people were actually innocent? If so, the average wait from sentence to execution is 19 years. What is stopping someone from proving their innocence over the course of 19 years? Are you familiar with how the appeals process works?

Are you talking about people that were released from death row after a conviction was overturned, or people that were executed and found to be innocent after they were dead? If the former, those people have been released (with massive settlements). If the latter, you are talking about a microscopic number of cases nowhere near "hundreds".
