Transferred from 1 department to the next to be told they can’t help & if I didn’t have a pool I wouldn’t need a permit. Apparently @STLCounty recorded of deeds is who I need but they don’t answer phones, even if it rings for 30 minutes straight.

@STLCounty is beyond frustrating to deal with. Can’t get repairs done without a permit. Can’t get a permit without a site plan. Somehow the county has no survey for my property which is interesting because I know we had a permit when the fence I am trying to repair was installed

If you’re someone who is considering buying a @sleepnumber bed, as an owner of one I can say, NOT WORTH IT! You’ll have issues regularly, and you will receive little to no help from customer support as you’re expected to do troubleshooting and repairs yourself, or pay more money
