This homeowner applied to the BYH project to utilize the ample space in their backyard with the goal of providing housing for people transitioning from Homelessness. Her home, located near USC provided a prime location for local amenities. Learn more at https://t.co/cTkoZFQqmx

Check out or newest BYH’s unit! This 64th Street project sits in the backyard of the homeowner's childhood home im #LosAngeles, the goal of this new ADU is to offer an additional unit for #section8 tenants.

The Backyard Homes Project is a City of #LosAngeles based affordable housing initiative that helps homeowners build a new ADUs for section 8 tenants. This project is an example of how we aim to promote stability for housing insecure tenants while supporting homeowners.
