We are working on replicating our Model Housing Colony project in the flood hit areas to make them self sustaining areas replete with all facilities.

We are also in talks with @NDDB_Coop to build those areas as dairy hubs to give an impetus to the communities.

Several YouTubers raised funds from the public in the name of Assam floods. The State is duty bound to ascertain whether these contributions reached their intended beneficiaries.

Assam and Arunachal Pradesh have resolved most boundary issues, with only 52 areas remaining, for which Regional Committees have been reconstituted.

I request Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri @PemaKhanduBJP ji to order an enquiry into this unfortunate incident.

Insurance claims and loan moratoriums are available to those affected by the floods.

I urge people in Sivasagar, Charaideo, Jorhat and Golaghat to submit their applications by 30 August.

Powered by the Centre’s #GOBARdhan vision, 5 Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants are coming up in Assam- converting municipal waste and agricultural residue into clean energy for our homes and farms.

Assam’s CBG Policy will give further momentum to this green energy push.
