I joined His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama, at Parliament House as he delivered the State of the Nation Address, highlighting the work done so far and outlining the outlook for Ghana’s future.
The address reaffirmed that this Government is forging ahead through action and collective effort to move the country forward. We are determined to ensure that Ghana reaches the level of development it deserves.
As a nation, we must remain united now more than ever, both in recognizing the gains we have achieved and in supporting the difficult but necessary decisions required in the national interest. We call on all Ghanaians to come on board as we work together to place our country firmly on the right path.
Earlier today Vice President @NJOAgyemang paid a working visit to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, as part of her effort to further bridge the Ministries, grasp their operational realities, and demonstrate the full support of the Presidency.

Happy Birthday to Ghana’s first female Vice President. Ghana celebrates you as the torch bearer for breaking barriers and shaping history. I raise a glass to you for many more years of visionary leadership. @NJOAgyemang
When Tom 🐈, Jerry 🐭, and Spike 🐕 all work together, you know something special is happening!
This is the spirit we see in Ghana today. Under our amazing leadership, the signs of progress are clear—from the strengthening Cedi to a recovering economy.
Let’s keep this unity and collective drive to build the Ghana we deserve. #GhanaRising #UnityForProgress #CollectiveAction
Ghana’s water crisis demands immediate action. Galamsey has destroyed our rivers, forcing treatment plants to shut down. We need budgetary allocation NOW to save our water bodies before it’s too late. #SaveOurWaterBodies#StopGalamsey#GhanaWaterCrisis
Lives lost, many injured! this was preventable. We need streamlined digital recruitment systems, clear communication, and proper crowd management protocols. We owe our aspiring servicemen and women better systems. Their patriotism shouldn’t cost lives. #GhanaArmedForces
Tomorrow, the Finance Minister must make budgetary allocations for the preservation of our water bodies.
Our water supply is under threat and needs urgent intervention. 🙏🏾

I might not necessarily agree with Sam George on his approach but this man right here dared to do what previous ministers never dreamt of doing. He’s shown commitment to the Ghanaian people and demonstrated relentless efforts towards that. Kudos sir 🦁
Man makes his own history, but he does not make it out of the whole cloth; he does not make it out of conditions chosen by himself, but out of such as he finds close at hand.
On Friday August 8, Vice President Prof Jane Naana convened and chaired an emergency meeting in response to the tragic event and to discuss other urgent matters related to the Ghana Armed Forces.
In a gesture of solidarity and statesmanship, former President John Agyekum Kufuor paid a visit to President John Dramani Mahama,Vice President Jane Naana and First Lady, Lordina Mahama, at their residence to express his condolences and support during this difficult time.

@IRDNGHANA Throughout history, the various forms of polarization has occurred through series of war, if we’re suggesting that the world is moving towards a multi polar system, should we be expecting something?
@fatheranthoni@fatheranthoni The Anthony Julius! Super excited about what the future holds for you. Reading this piece has encouraged me more than enough to keep going. Super proud of you bro.
I received a delegation from the University of Cape Coast branch of the NDC in my office on 19th December 2024.
I expressed my deepest appreciation for their hardwork and support during the campaign, and shared my gratitude for their visit as well as their congratulatory message.
Our work on the various campuses across the country was a huge factor in our success, and we hope to consolidate our efforts by improving the wellbeing of students, staff, and other stakeholders.
