1. Never play without boots ; no matter how good or beautiful the field is .
2.Renew a players contract before they start negotiating with other clubs.
3.I don’t recommend signing legends. If you do please don’t get attached .
4.If a player starts causing problems in the dressing room , respectfully release the player , no time for violence.
5.Never sign an underage player . The rule of the game is very strict . if you’re unsure about the player’s age, ask for her birth certificate
