If I may add to this, what you posted is really good. However, having a Google Business account means you want to appear locally on Google. Google shows businesses like this to people searching based on location. Even so, you can appear in other locations depending on how helpful and well-optimized your website content is for Google's crawler.

There is a serious problem affecting Facebook and Instagram users across Nigeria and Africa that needs to be addressed.

Creating a Facebook account has become difficult for many people. And for those fortunate enough to successfully create one, creating a Facebook Page can become another struggle.

Instagram is not much better.

You create an account, verify your identity, provide the requested information, and then, sometimes within minutes, the account is suspended.

You submit your ID or other documents to prove that you are a real person.

Then the account is still disabled.

Some people cannot even send a few messages or perform normal activities without triggering another restriction.

For businesses, creators, freelancers, agencies, entrepreneurs, and millions of young Africans building their livelihoods online, this is not a small inconvenience.

These platforms are part of the digital economy.

People use Facebook and Instagram to sell products, find clients, build businesses, promote services, create jobs, grow communities, and reach global markets.

Yet when an account is wrongly suspended, the process of getting help can feel almost impossible.

There is often no clear explanation.

No meaningful human support.

No transparent timeline.

No clear way to speak to someone who can actually investigate the situation.

Just automated systems, automated decisions, automated appeals, and sometimes the loss of years of work.

This is especially concerning when the same person can create a new account, verify their identity, submit documentation, and still be suspended again shortly afterward.

If Meta's systems are designed to protect the platform from fake accounts, fraud, and abuse, that is understandable.

But a system that repeatedly treats genuine users as threats without providing an effective path to human review is not a good system.

And Africa should not be treated as an afterthought.

I have seen lot of people (probably Americans) commenting that Iranians have always chanting "Death to America" in the last 50 years and that's is threat. Meanwhile America has been chanting Death to Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and other Muslim countries in the last 50 years as well, but they are doing it indirectly, here is how America is doing it own "America produce film and use all those countries as terrorists and kill them" and that's even worst than Iranian chanting Death to America, because almost everyone already believe those countries are terrorists.
