@JioCare by when my jio home setup will be installed? The guy who did kyc after payment, he is not picking up the call and technician saying he doesn't have device and jio customer support ivr not connecting to human support.

@JioCare Could you please confirm what issue? It's a new installation and if the service is that much slow in this area then when Internet glitches comes I believe no one will come. It would be better if you make a refund so that I can ask @airtelindia to install.
