@ARITZIA My mother exchanged her $178 pants @ the eaton centre! A simple exchange now turned into her being left without the pants & without a refund. Not only did cashier leave out the unit; your guys horrible customer service said she was ineligible for a refund. RECTIFY ASAP!!
