@sybaricious @CeliaBedelia I think most people would understand what I meant. I obviously don't know about the legal niceties, just that Celia needs to take this further. @TravelodgeUK here in the UK have been in deep 💩this year over women being sexually assaulted in similar situations.

Hey @premierinn Im staying tonight at your Hayle Carwin rise hotel and the shower is spraying water all over the ceiling and light fittings. Reception couldnt care less. Next time i’ll book the @TravelodgeUK instead and recommend everyone else does too

@TravelodgeUK Birmingham airport,your one toilet in the bar and restaurant area is out of order! My room is 5 floors up at the end of the corridor, basically as far away as one can be. The staff don't know why it's out of order.! Not good.
