Teams from QTS recently attended Camp Jojo, a charity that supports parents of children with complex needs and disabilities.

While there, we helped undertake some light excavation works, as well as installing BodPave.

The BodPave was installed to improve accessibility for wheelchair users on site, as some areas were proving difficult for visitors using wheelchairs.

This was followed by an open Q&A session, providing an opportunity for candid discussions around careers, progression opportunities, company culture and the key skills needed for success.

We recently held ‘QTS Boardroom to Breakroom’ sessions at our Rench Farm and Manchester offices.

The purpose of the events was to bring together apprentices, graduates and senior leaders to openly discuss their experiences and career journeys.

We also hosted a 'Day in the Life' Directors' Panel, which gave apprentices valuable insight into the career paths, experiences and challenges faced by our leadership team.

We have been shortlisted for the ICE South West People’s Choice Award 2026 for our Severn Estuary Resilience Project.

This project helped protect the Newport to Gloucester railway line from landslips and improve the long-term resilience of the route.
