NHC just dropped the final advisory on Lowell, number 60: it's downgraded to a post-tropical cyclone with 52 mph winds, sitting about 815 miles from Lihue and creeping west. Nothing's aimed at land and this one's fading out early next week, so that's a wrap on Lowell.
