@netsolcares @ozaccardi Day 3 here with no (or unreliable) email. Customer Service phone line no longer has email advisory, so I waited on technical services hold for over an hour. Then I hung up. Lack of info coming from NetSol is bad. Needing twitter to get info is worse.
