@theBarcaInsider 30m? Brighton are pricing Baleba at 120m. If we’re selling Casado to a premier league club, it should be for at least 50m.
He was a starter vs Bayern and Madrid last season and really held his own vs elite midfielders. Yet has age on his side too.
1⃣ thing that's for certain is Simeone isn’t leaving Atlético Madrid until he wins them the Champions League.
He literally birthed another human being and trained him to play for the club. Yes they’re not highly rated right now… but could this finally be their year?
They just had the most underrated transfer window in Europe.
9 new signings. €153M spent — and almost all of them upgrade key positions.
Lets get into it👇
They're heavily linked with Kubo right now per multiple sources. What a transfer that would be, maybe the one thing they're lacking is an elite 1 v 1 dribbler.
At the start of the summer, I was sure a LaLiga club would win the UCL - Madrid or Barça. But Simeone’s building something here…
7. Santiago Mouriño – €4M from Real Zaragoza
Young Uruguayan CB. Supposed to be an absolute bargain🤷♂️
8. Juan Musso – €3M from Atalanta
Already on loan, now permanent. Solid back-up to Oblak.
9. Clément Lenglet – Free from Barcelona
Again already on loan, not bad for free.
Expected the La Liga fantasy to be like FPL for La Liga but it’s more like ultimate team!!?
I’m not sure yet whether I like it or not but there’s way too many ads and promotions to switch to the premium version or buy a season pass with your friends.
They really went down the EA route completely.
Fermin and Jude are the same age for example and Fermin is not at Jude’s level yet. He wasn’t even an undisputed starter for the whole season but did play a majority of the games.
Look at what Jude did during his debut season for Madrid. They’ve all been at an elite level for 2-3 years minimum.
I love Fermin but he is not at their level yet, though he definitely has the potential to be.
@BarcaUniversal We’ve missed out on on quite a few elite market opportunities. There’s only 1 year left on his contract, and we are quite short in the CB department.
Both Araujo and Christensen are quite injury prone as well.
