@WCBPodcast I won’t stand for Rob Klinkhammer slander. He would have been a superstar

@WCBPodcast Perfect response. No notes.

@ChefOsco @bisonhockeyECHL The Bison either need a regulation win, overtime or shootout loss for a point to clinch. Or if Indy loses in regulation the Bison will clinch.

Obviously it would feel a whole lot better if they get the regulation win!

Tonight we honor Troy ❤️

[Patrick Comiskey @Comiskey22]

This call will forever be iconic. You can hear the emotion and passion in Troy Murray’s voice. When hardly anyone knew where the puck was, he reassured everyone over and over again that it was in the back of the net. #Blackhawks

[Patrick Comiskey @Comiskey22]

“How about we just sit back and absorb this for a little bit? This is awesome.”

[Charlie Roumeliotis @CRoumeliotis]

When I threw my name in for the #Blackhawks studio host role at WGN Radio, I remember calling Troy Murray to give him a heads up. Not because I was looking for him to put in a good word, but because I respected him that much. He was the soundtrack of the glory days, and the thought of working alongside him felt surreal.

When I got the job, he was somehow more excited than I was. The night it became official, he insisted on taking me out to dinner to celebrate. We sat on an outdoor patio for nearly five hours talking about the role, hockey, and life. He also mixed in some stories from his playing days, stories I’d probably get in trouble for sharing.

I'll never forget this day and how much it meant to have his blessing.

RIP Troy ❤️ https://t.co/qboJId5RBT

Troy always said he wanted an asterisk on Toews’ banner when they put his up and at the bottom have it say really small…

“Also worn by Troy Murray”

Man, I’m going to miss him.

Heaven just acquired one of the very, very best, and much too young. You fought like a lion. You lived life to its fullest. May you rest in peace Muzz. You will be remembered forever. Love ya.

“This place is stunned … and so am I!”

Troy Murray’s call after 17 seconds in Boston was masterful.

[Patrick Comiskey @Comiskey22]

My personal favorite.

“This place was dead quiet. They were nervous. So were we!”

RIP Troy.

@TomahawkChicago I agree with the Chelios comment. As much as I love seeing the old guys, I feel like he’s around more than when he actually played lol.

As far as Q, I can see maybe a quick shot on the Jumbotron during a commercial break. But there’s no need for another tribute IMO.

@ChadEverst @MarkLazerus @ByScottPowers Aldrich isn’t a homosexual. He is someone who would go to extreme lengths to abuse his power and make others feel small.

Just finished putting together a Demo of my time at the @ACHAHockey National Tournament. Over the course of 10 days, I called 31 games. 12 for Men's Division 2 (including doing color for the National Championship)…

[Andy Poetzinger @PoetzyPxP]

Honored to be featured on the calls of the week!

Hopefully there will be more from where that came from with ACHA Nationals a few days away!
