Unpopular opinion; FMA live action wasn’t /that/ bad. For the most part it stayed true to the source (with a few exceptions) aparently from how I understand it; those exceptions are what make it ‘bad.’

Fun fact; 2003 FMA made those same exceptions, and while a lot of fans did +
