Instead of simply applauding #KetanjiBrownJackson’s brilliance and composure while facing contemptibly biased and racist questioning, more white people need to stand up and help get racism out of our legislative bodies so that the next Judge Ketanji doesn’t have to endure this.

Another day it's shades of purple with varying patterns. She always has a hat and usually a pair of glasses that match the color of the day. She sits in the same spot in the library and reads biographies for hours and hours. She only speaks to warn us of noisy people.
There's a regular patron, an elegant Asian woman in her 70's who arrives with her walker at opening time. Each day, she is festooned in one color or pattern. One day it's black & white stripes of varying sizes and slants....
