FSD 14.x Lite is a VERY BIG DEAL many do not understand !
HUGE !

The Lite version is NOT a mercy release for HW3 owners. It is a lesson in AI learning optimization that will be used in EVERY future AI product Tesla releases, CyberCabs, Optimus, Grok with AI4, AI6, ETC.

I have a HW3 car and AI4 car, seeing the old 10 year old hardware approaching the capabilities of AI4 is eye opening & mind blowing giving me a new found appreciation for Tesla AI expertise...

( Translation: $TSLA is severely undervalued )

VERY FEW UNDERSTAND THIS !!!

[Teslascope @teslascope]

Tesla software update 2026.21.6 is now rolling out to ~7,920 additional vehicles within the last five minutes based on available fleet data.

This update includes Full Self-Driving V14.3.7 for eligible AI4 vehicles and V14.1 Lite for eligible HW3 vehicles.

@Miaavswpv One of the reasons we need the merger ‼️

[Elon Musk @elonmusk]

They do

[Compounding @OfProbability]

They can NOT sell it for $25k, if it's as good as leaks say.
If it's capable of doing difficult tasks as well as human we are talking leasing it per year for $100k or more perhaps...
8h/day human at average job actually working 6h accounting for lunch & bathroom brakes gets paid $60k. Optimus working for say 16h/day accounting for charging is 3x so value $180k, with no sick leave, insurance etc.

Companies would be crazy not to buy out entire production line of Optimus. Only way to make it work is to price Optimus according to value it provides, which will be MUCH more than $100k/year ‼️

[Compounding @OfProbability]

@FutureAZA @heyitsyashu Then please explain.

[Compounding @OfProbability]

BOTH companies will advance faster than alone, making shares climb faster and further.

Problem is greed & we have a lot more to loose, if Optimus gets moved to SpaceX, we would see TSLA in the $100s

Not to mention that spcx could charge Tesla for Grok intégration into cars, Robotaxi & Optimus.
That would be VERY expensive ‼️

Yes eventually TSLA will reach $1k.. etc but spcx will not be standing still

Please TSLA shareholders let's not blow the deal of a lifetime ‼️‼️

[Amy @Amy787]

Many in the US are unaware, but Koreans potentially face a 22% capital gains tax on a merger. Help this petition pick up steam. Repost….

TODAY registrations for Cybercab > Model Y in Texas ‼️

[Compounding @OfProbability]

Can be, does not mean it is a good choice.
Ever been to a winter track and compared proper winters VS all season ???

Nothing to do with driver example: just driving, out of a driveway/side street/park comes a kid on a toboggan ...

For a really smart guy that was a really dumb comment.

[Compounding @OfProbability]

Bingo ‼️
Old Quattro was based on Torsten, today only few higher end Audi have it, the rest use cheap haldex/clutch based systems like most other BMW/Mercedes/Subaru etc...

But as you said tires/skill/etc also required.

Have to say though Tesla's traction control on a dual or tri motor setup would be interesting competition. It is more controllable/configurable for wider variety of situations.

I had a 90 Quattro (among others) with rear diff lock, it was fun...

[Compounding @OfProbability]

@wholemars I hope not 🤞
Merger is a huge win for Tesla & SpaceX

How much will Tesla have to pay for Optimus to use Grok's general knowledge ❓

How much will Tesla have to pay for Grok's integration into cars & Robotaxi (I know currently free, but if merger fails it will NOT be‼️)❓

[Compounding @OfProbability]

Personally I started with TSLA and I'm keeping it that way, partially because of tax implications, and partially because I don't know what will pop first.

I'm considering buying tiny bit with new $, but not selling one for the other.

Buying Tesla was high risk & it payed off...so is this 🤞. I know both are undervalued according to future prospects if Tesla has a big pop before spcx does I might do a bit of swapping but it would be dependent on how big/sustainable the pop is.

If spcx pops first there will be bigger pressure on bigger premium for TSLA 🤷‍♂️

I'm trying to follow, time in the market beats trading the market.

[Compounding @OfProbability]

@mario4thenorth Those women who are complaining RN should also state
WHO they voted for in municipal and federal elections ‼️

[Compounding @OfProbability]

Any one having doubts about Tesla and SpaceX merging.

Think of it this way:
How much Tesla will have to pay to license:
1) xAI for Optimus ‼️
2) Grok intégration into cars & Robotaxi ‼️

Synergies & execution of projects between 2 companies leading in robotics, AI, infrastructure, material design, R&De etc will ALWAYS function better as one. No more having to divide teams/resources.

The upside for TSLA & SPCX shareholders is massive at valuation @TeslaBoomerMama & @Amy787 are proposing.

[Amy @Amy787]

TESLA/SPACEXSI
The Special Committees have already been formed. But some don’t understand the ramifications.

♦️Some say the Special Committee has been formed, so do nothing.

BUT The Special Committee represents us shareholders. They can guess what we think, OR we could just tell them. Thousands of shareholders chose the latter and signed the Letter to ask for expeditious action. Inaction was costly to Tesla in losing out on xAI, we don’t want that to happen again.

♦️Some assume a deal is a given.

Elon Musk specifically said it is not a given on the SpaceX earnings call.

♦️Some debate timing.

It is NOW - or NEVER. The special committee was already formed. That ship SAILED. There won’t be special committees again. Failed merger attempts are just that, failed.

♦️Some ask us to dictate terms.

Even Elon Musk had to let the normal process work - and can’t dictate terms or timing or share exchange ratios. And he founded both companies. We can’t either. But we can, and did, ask that the ATH, and internal growth & revenue targets for Optimus & CyberCab be considered.

♦️Some say operate separately.

BUT The Joint Ventures aren’t meant to be permanent. They are pure bureaucracy, friction and liability. They were a framework that achieved a headstart on what talented engineers from both companies can do together. They are now the unnecessary part to be deleted. Elon Musk doesn’t need to work at all. His time should not be spent in conflict committees.

♦️Some say do nothing.

See again: You could let the Board guess, or you could just tell them shareholders are in favor.

50% + 1 of outstanding shareholders is an almost IMPOSSIBLY high bar. Broker non-votes count as NO. Many foreign investors can’t vote. The deal terms HAVE to be extremely compelling to turn undecided investors and institutions into YES VOTES. The Special Committee, and M&A Bankers/Lawyers have a fiduciary duty to gain the best terms they can.

A letter doesn’t change a share exchange ratio. A letter says that shareholders will mobilize - in the face of an compelling deal -to get over 50% outstanding shares voting in favor and get the deal over the line.

Brilliant 🤣

[Robotaxi @robotaxi]

Houston, we have liftoff

Bigger service area now live

[James Cat @TSLAFanMtl]

"Tesla's (TSLA) Robotaxi service "has hit an inflection point," Bank of America analyst Alexander Perry wrote in an Oct. 22 research note reviewed by TheStreet.

He kept a Buy rating and a $460 price objective, about 19% above the $386.47 price the bank used, while trimming his 2027 earnings estimate to $2.26 a share from $2.47.

Tesla's Robotaxi miles doubled in about four weeks

The bank's math is simple. Unsupervised miles grew from 380,000 on July 22 to 1 million on Sept. 3, then to roughly 2 million by Sept. 30, Perry wrote."

Was in my Tesla yesterday & looking around at ppl that actually drive their cars.

I remembered that I did like to drive...
Until I don't have to.
Enjoying the drive w/o having to drive is a flex.

[Compounding @OfProbability]

@AriadneTweet @EricLDaugh I used to drive Audi years ago.
Now they are complete reliability nightmare.

Besides who would want to buy a car that's more expensive and can't drive itself.

[Compounding @OfProbability]

Look at Tesla PE, it's already trading at a premium, merger with spcx means big stability for both companies, gives both financial strength, ease of cooperation on projects, gets Gwynne Shotwell on Tesla earnings calls, this alone is pure gold for price stability.
Any setback will send the stock tumbling towards $200 !

[AleXandra Merz @TeslaBoomerMama]

Why am I adamant about a floor (which we might not get, just trying to explain)?
