Walking over to the sink, he slowly removed the dishes and sponge from her hands. Freeing them up so he could hold her hands.
“Come on Ang.” Now that he was feeling a bit better, he wanted to know what was bothering her. “What’s on your mind?”
Angela stood in the kitchen now in front of the sink as she started to clean up, wash the plates and glasses and stuff she had used whilst cooking. She was quiet as she gave small smile, nodding. “Of course.” She spoke softly.
A soft sigh escaped her lips, glancing at him as—

Chuckling lightly, he shook his head. A small smile coming to his features.
“I get it. I do. I’m the same way.” He paused, offering her his hand. “Let’s try again. I’m Wesley. It’s nice to meet you.”
—him who was causing it. Leaning against the counter once he dropped the dishes into the sink. Folding his arms across his chest.
“Penny for your thoughts.”
After he finished his meal, he stood up to gather his plate and glass to get a start on the dishes. Once he walked back into the kitchen he presses a kiss to her cheek; “Thank you Ang. That was amazing.”

Angela continued to eat her food and drink her drink, just keeping an eye on him as she did. Even though he said he was, that didn’t stop her from worrying inside.
She nodded. “Yeah.” She spoke softly with a small smile. She soon finished and then got up to take the plates —

Angela just giggled a little as she watched him for a moment, she then just carried on eating her food before she spoke up.
“Maybe you’ll sleep abit better tonight aswell..” she suggested as she had noticed he hadn’t been sleeping well these last couple of nights.

“You don’t have to tell me twice.” He grinned, shoveling a huge bite into his mouth for emphasis.
His mind was finally clear, focusing on her made the weight fall off his shoulders. Finally starting to feel like himself. It was glorious.
Angela laughed a little as she smiled, keeping her gaze on him. She kissed him back softly. “Mhm, well the sooner we finish eating the quicker we can get to kissing.” She smirked.
She then just ate some more of her food and drank some of her drink down in between.
After taking a bite, groaning at how good it tasted; he finished the bite before he spoke.
“I know you will. And I can’t thank you enough. This is exactly what I needed.” He paused, leaning over to press a kiss to her lips. “Okay, that is what I needed.”
Angela smiled as she sat herself down as she gazed at him, before she slowly took a sip of her drink before placing the glass down.
She then started to eat her food. “You know I’ll always try and make you feel better, right?” She spoke softly as she placed her hand against his.
