Elara pulls out her phone as she went to text him. It took her a minute to type out the message, second guessing herself as she typed it out and deleted it several time before just sending it.
“Hey, did you want to come over and hang out?”
@OfSherwoodLegcy Elara smiled softly as she sat down, kicking her feet back and forth as she faced him.
“I do, my mom is the reason I’m so good at it. You can thank her.”
She laughed softly a little and smiled happily at him.
@OfSherwoodLegcy “Oh good. In that case I’m glad and can’t sit for you to try it. I want a honest opinion okay? Even if it’s bad.”
Elara laughed softly as she went to grab another pot for the vegetables, setting it on the stove.
@OfSherwoodLegcy “I figured you wouldn’t mind but still. It was meant to be a surprise.”
Elara laughed softly as she looked over at him, sighing softly as she shrugged her shoulders.
“Oh well.”
@OfSherwoodLegcy Elara smiled softly at him, watching as he immediately started to help her. She had never cooked for anyone other than her family before so this was new and she really did hope he liked it.
“I appreciate the help. I was hoping it would be done before you got here.. heh”
@OfSherwoodLegcy “Good, glad you’re hungry you can try it and tell me if you like it.”
Elara smiled softly as she opened the oven to check her meatloaf, quite happy with how it was turning out.
“Um, sure. If you’d like to that is. Want to cut the veggies for me?”
@OfSherwoodLegcy Elara heard the knock at the door and dried her hands off before going to the door and opening it, she smiled softly as she looked up at him.
“Hi Robbie! Are you hungry? I’m making dinner if you want some?”
She stepped to the side as she let him in, closing the door behind him.
