🔸Apr/May: Powdered Milk/Buttermilk - ingredients used in many products causing numerous recalls - risk of Salmonella

🔸June: Soft Cheese - Listeria - 12 illnesses, 10 hospitalizations, 1 death

🔸June: Infant Formula - Botulism - 4 illnesses, 4 hospitalizations

🔸July: Frozen Blueberries/Mixed Berries - E. coli - 12 illnesses, 4 hospitalizations

🔸July: Iceberg Lettuce - Cyclospora - 6.358 illnesses, 278 hospitalizations, 2 deaths

🔸July: Eggs - Salmonella - 98 illnesses, 26 hospitalizations

🔸Aug: Jalapenos - Salmonella - 345 illnesses, 36 hospitalizations

🔸Aug: Beef ~30,000 pounds - skipped inspection
