So 26k is too much to pay for a tech skill?
Very ungrateful and entitled mugu!!
You're calling out Don Jazzy because by your calculations 26k by 300 people will give him 7+ million. You think Don Jazzy's problem is million?
Mad people 🙄. 🤡
So Don Jazzy partnered with TS Academy to offer what is being presented as a scholarship to Nigerians, but the scholarship acceptance fee is around ₦26,000.
Lmao. Imagine 300 people paying ₦26,000 each. That is ₦7.8 million.
Only God knows when ordinary Nigerians will be free from the grip of rich people.
Dangote is promising us heaven and earth to make us rich by force. They are hawking IPO shares in the market now.
Another packaged tech course is here again.
Of course, it could be a paid promotion or partnership, whatever you want to call it. Several celebrities and big accounts on X have also promoted TS Academy.
But my question is simple: how many Nigerians who have taken these courses are now earning comfortably from the skills they acquired?
How many have secured jobs, landed clients or built sustainable businesses from the training?
Every day, it is tech, tech, tech. Everybody is selling one course or promoting one academy.
Nigerians are desperately looking for ways to escape poverty, and these businesses know it.
EXIT OF A TITAN
I am deeply saddened by the passing of Pa Reuben Fasoranti, the revered Afenifere leader and elder statesman, at the age of 100.
Baba lived a life defined by courage, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to democracy, justice, and a better Nigeria. His passing is a great loss to his family, the Yoruba nation, and our country.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, the entire Afenifere family, and all those who mourn this great patriot. May God grant them the strength to bear this painful loss and grant Baba eternal rest.
His legacy of principled leadership, selfless service, and steadfast commitment to democratic ideals will continue to inspire generations. -PO
CIVILITY IS NOT WEAKNESS. ENOUGH OF THE HARASSMENT OF MY SUPPORTERS. RELEASE RILWAN OLAWALE NOW.
The continued intimidation and harassment of my supporters across the country, the latest being the case of Rilwan Olawale, is disturbing and unacceptable.
President Bola Tinubu has remained a huge beneficiary of our democracy and should not brazenly be destroying it by encouraging and facilitating violence.
Our campaign is peaceful and issue-driven, focused on offering Nigerians a credible alternative built on competence, accountability, justice, and compassion.
We have chosen the path of peace, not violence; persuasion, not intimidation. However, nobody should mistake our civility for weakness, our restraint for fear, or our commitment to peace for an absence of resolve. We will not be intimidated into silence, nor will we abandon Nigerians who believe in a New Nigeria that is possible and will be OK.
I therefore demand transparency regarding Rilwan Olawale’s arrest, his release, respect for his rights, and an end to politically motivated harassment. No government or political party has the right to deny Nigerians the freedom to support a candidate of their choice.
We will remain peaceful but resolute. We will not resort to violence, but we will stand firmly and lawfully against every attempt to undermine our democratic rights.
A New Nigeria is POssible and will be OK. -PO
My pastor rejected the car the church presented to him for his 50th birthday.
Before his birthday, the church had been announcing contributions for the celebration.
In total, they raised ₦14 million.
A car dealer in the church helped them get a very clean, used Toyota Corolla, with all the necessary paperwork completed.
The church also took care of the birthday outfits for the pastor, his wife, and their four children.
The entire 50th birthday party was fully sponsored by the church.
Then came the moment for the presentation of gifts.
When the car was presented to him, the pastor said:
“I already told God that anything coming into my life must be a new one, not a used one.”
He handed the car key back to the church elder…..
"Even if she hit him first"
Very funny. How about EVERYONE keeping their hands to themselves.
It's okay for her to hit him first but he's the one who should exercise self-control. Self-control is now gender-specific right?
Are you aware that he could die too?
DONT HIT ANYONE!
This is heartbreaking to watch. I sincerely hope the authorities investigate this incident and hold the bus driver accountable for his actions.
No matter how angry or provoked a man feels, resorting to physical violence against a woman is unacceptable. Even if she hit him first, he should exercise self-control and handle the situation without escalating it into violence.
There is a difference between defending yourself and using excessive force against someone. Being angry is never an excuse to lose control and hurt another person.
This is truly disturbing, and I hope the woman gets the help and justice she deserves. The relevant authorities need to take this matter seriously and ensure that appropriate action is taken.
Violence should never be the answer. No disagreement should end with someone being physically assaulted.
It’s a shame how many men don’t know about the sidewalk rule
For context: The sidewalk rule is an etiquette rule where a man walks closest to the road while the woman walks on the inside, as a gesture of protection from passing vehicles, splashes and other potential dangers
@SaheedOlaSalami@KoyeDG Lol..you're very daft. So the Nigerian state does not have the resources to do a background check on someone who is to be appointed the SGF. Do you know who the SGF is? Very daft and ignorant comment.
This controversial topic came up in church today..
You’re in a gathering with your father, your pastor, your husband, and your boss. Who do you serve first?
