@kadey180_x@0npam When it's the "best in the world" there's plenty of eyes on it fixing to bypass it, you can't win that arms race forever. Denuvo will likely have the same fate in about 10 years.
@aether_entropy @MintBlitz Hey, they said they actually had split screen working in campaign, but the older gen Xbox consoles were holding the feature back, and they wanted parity between all the consoles.
@jotunfo@stimmtdochgarn1@falconerd It's not just that, these game studios expect timely results, there's often not time to properly optimise your games in the industry and taking less time by writing more demanding code more often than not takes precedence.
@RaffRouser@XboxSupport It would've shipped on the 15th bro, that doesn't mean it'll arrive on the 15th. And doesn't the Microsoft store have order tracking? Just try that lol
@CuredSausage@henrybadger19 This post is not 100% correct, Halo has always has bloom since Halo 1. Reach was just the first game to visualize it using the crosshair (and the bloom itself was particularly bad when compared to the older games)
@TylaGratton@Tall6uy Supported is a strong word, 343i has confirmed that there's barely more than a skeleton crew working on the game and the rest of the team have moved on to "other things"
@JcraftY2K@Hyper_Falcon You could be right, but I think even the executives know that the time for this game is over. I think it's just what's left on the skeleton crew development team trying their hardest to bring ANY sort of new content to the game
