How do you get the repetitive conditioning in the muscles without some high knee exaggeration during youth training? And if I only work on impact to the ground, it’s putting too much strain on pubescent feet.

@stevemagness @Coach_Grifjaws I’m curious how you develop the strength for the hips without doing some repetitive lifting and motion. If you only develop the hip joint with impact into the ground, that’s putting an awful lot of wear and tear on ankles and knees yes? Not arguing, learning.
