I am writing to express my concern and disappointment over the recent suspension of my account without any valid cause. I have been a loyal customer of DC and Palms for a considerable period, and I have always complied with all the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

I disagree with the reasoning used for my account suspension, which was based on KYC. I believe that this is not a valid reason because I had already provided all the necessary information required to verify my identity. Therefore, I feel that the suspension of my account was an abuse of power by DC and Palm.

I strongly believe that the suspension of my account was due to liquidity issues and DC and Palms' concern about runs on the market. This is an unfair and unethical practice that puts the interest of DC and Palm ahead of that of its customers.

I would like to request that you reconsider your decision to lock up funds and not allow for check or other ways to issue out funds on my account and provide a valid reason for the same. I am confident that I have complied with all the necessary KYC requirements prior to any servicing disruption and announcements to cease withdrawal and I am willing to provide any additional information that you may require to resolve

I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this matter and make me whole. Thank for your attention to this matter.
