టాలీవుడ్ బాక్సాఫీస్ చరిత్రలోనే మునుపెన్నడూ లేని విధంగా ఒకే కుటుంబానికి చెందిన ముగ్గురు అగ్ర హీరోలు కేవలం తొమ్మిది నెలల వ్యవధిలో ఏకంగా రూ. 900 కోట్లకు పైగా వసూళ్ల సునామీ సృష్టించి చారిత్రాత్మక రికార్డుల విధ్వంసాన్ని లిఖించారు. మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి, పవర్ స్టార్ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్, మెగా పవర్ స్టార్ రామ్ చరణ్ వరుసగా మూడు వేర్వేరు భారీ చిత్రాలతో బ్యాక్ టు బ్యాక్ రూ. 300 కోట్ల క్లబ్ మార్కును చాలా సునాయాసంగా అందుకోవడం ట్రేడ్ వర్గాలను విస్మయానికి గురిచేస్తోంది. ఈ ప్రతిష్టాత్మక కలెక్షన్ల పరంపరకు బలమైన పునాది వేస్తూ.. గత ఏడాది సెప్టెంబర్ 25వ తేదీన పవర్ స్టార్ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ మోస్ట్ యాంటిసిపేటెడ్ కల్ట్ యాక్షన్ థ్రిల్లర్ ‘ఓజీ’ ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా థియేటర్లలోకి అత్యంత భారీ ఎత్తున విడుదలైంది. సుజీత్ దర్శకత్వంలో డివివి ఎంటర్‌టైన్‌మెంట్స్ నిర్మించిన ఈ ప్యాన్ ఇండియా మూవీ, మొదటి రోజు నుండే బాక్సాఫీస్ దగ్గర వసూళ్ల విధ్వంసం సృష్టించి చాలా వేగంగా ట్రిపుల్ సెంచరీ మార్కును దాటి సరికొత్త రికార్డులను తిరగరాసింది. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గ్యాంగ్‌స్టర్ స్వాగ్‌కు, అనిరుధ్ అందించిన గగుర్పాటు కలిగించే బ్యాక్‌గ్రౌండ్ స్కోర్ తోడవ్వడం ఈ భారీ వసూళ్లకు బిగ్గెస్ట్ మైండ్ బ్లోయింగ్ అసెట్‌లా హెల్ప్ అయింది. పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ సృష్టించిన ఈ ఊరమాస్ ప్రభంజనం కొనసాగుతుండగానే.. ఈ ఏడాది సంక్రాంతి పండుగ కానుకగా మెగాస్టార్ చిరంజీవి తన సంచలన చిత్రం ‘మనశంకర వర ప్రసాద్ గారు’ మూవీతో బాక్సాఫీస్ రేసులోకి అడుగుపెట్టారు. ఒక పూర్తిస్థాయి వినూత్న సామాజిక ఎమోషనల్ డ్రామాగా తెరకెక్కిన ఈ చిత్రంలో చిరంజీవి తన మార్క్ నటనతో, డైలాగ్ డెలివరీతో ఆడియన్స్‌ను విపరీతంగా ఆకట్టుకున్నారు. ఈ చిత్రం సంక్రాంతి సీజన్‌ను పూర్తిగా కొల్లగొట్టడమే కాకుండా.. కేవలం మూడు వారాల రన్‌లోనే రూ. 300 కోట్ల క్లబ్ ఫీట్‌ను అత్యంత ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా నమోదు చేసి మెగాస్టార్ బాక్సాఫీస్ లెగసీ స్టామినా ఏంటో మరోసారి గ్లోబల్ వైడ్‌గా ప్రూవ్ చేసింది. ఇక ఈ ఇద్దరు మెగా హీరోల చారిత్రాత్మక విజయాల ర్యాలీని నెక్స్ట్ లెవెల్‌కు ఎలివేట్ చేస్తూ.. తాజాగా మెగా పవర్ స్టార్ రామ్ చరణ్ తన మోస్ట్ అవేటెడ్ రూరల్ స్పోర్ట్స్ యాక్షన్ డ్రామా ‘పెద్ది’ సినిమాతో థియేటర్లలో సరికొత్త వసూళ్ల ప్రభంజనానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. టాలీవుడ్ టాలెంటెడ్ డైరెక్టర్ బుచ్చిబాబు దర్శకత్వంలో వృద్ధి సినిమాస్ పతాకంపై వెంకట సతీష్ కిలారు నిర్మించిన ఈ కల్ట్ విజువల్ వండర్.. విడుదలైన కేవలం 5 రోజుల్లోనే ఏకంగా రూ. 315 కోట్ల భారీ గ్రాస్ వసూళ్లను కొల్లగొట్టి సరికొత్త ఆల్-టైమ్ రికార్డుల కోటలను పూర్తిగా బద్దలుకొట్టింది. ఆస్కార్ విజేత ఏఆర్ రెహమాన్ అందించిన మ్యూజికల్ ట్యూన్స్ సినిమా లాంగ్ రన్ వసూళ్లకు ఒక పటిష్టమైన వెన్నుముకగా నిలిచాయి. మెగా ఫ్యామిలీ నుండి వచ్చిన ముగ్గురు హీరోల సినిమాలు వరుసగా రూ. 300 కోట్ల చొప్పున మొత్తం రూ. 900 కోట్లకు పైగా టర్నోవర్ సాధించడం యావత్ భారతీయ చలనచిత్ర పరిశ్రమ హిస్టరీలోనే ఒక అరుదైన చారిత్రాత్మక రికార్డు అని చెప్పాలి. "బాక్సాఫీస్ రూలర్స్.. మెగా హీరోస్" అంటూ అభిమానులు కాలర్లు ఎగరేస్తూ సోషల్ మీడియాలో మీమ్స్ తో రచ్చ లేపుతున్నారు. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ‘పెద్ది’ సినిమా తన వీకెండ్ బుకింగ్స్ జోరును ఇలాగే నాన్-స్టాప్‌గా కంటిన్యూ చేస్తే మాత్రం.. కేవలం ఈ ఒక్క చిత్రమే రూ. 500 కోట్ల క్లబ్‌లో అఫీషియల్‌గా ల్యాండ్ అయి మెగా ఫ్యామిలీ మొత్తం వసూళ్ల లెక్కను ఏకంగా వేల కోట్ల మార్క్‌కు తీసుకెళ్లడం ఖాయంగా కనిపిస్తోంది.

Every citizen has the right to question public representatives and governments. However, accountability should be sought with the same standards across all issues and all administrations.

Did you raise questions about the severe flooding witnessed in Hyderabad after the recent rains? Have you spoken about the various public issues that continue to affect the city? If public interest is the objective, then every issue deserves equal attention and scrutiny.

You have now filed RTI applications in both states, which is the correct and lawful process. Every citizen has the right to seek information, regardless of whether they pay taxes or not. However, there is a proper procedure for obtaining official data, and the RTI Act exists precisely for that purpose.

Expecting a Minister to personally provide data or explanations through social media tags is neither practical nor the established administrative process. Official information is furnished by the concerned departments through statutory mechanisms such as RTI. Since you have already initiated that process, you will receive the official records and responses from the competent authorities.

Public discourse is most effective when it is based on verified facts, official records, and consistent standards. Questioning one side while ignoring similar issues elsewhere weakens the credibility of the argument.

At the same time, it is worth acknowledging that the Panchayat Raj Department led by @PawanKalyan has been recognized among the top-performing departments in the country. Good governance should be appreciated, just as shortcomings should be questioned.

Ask questions. Demand accountability. But follow the proper process, rely on official data, and apply the same standards to everyone.
