Intrigued to know who outside of the club would want the managers job even if it was available? No money to spend, best players are loanees or constantly injured & half the squad have come through the academy and would struggle to get a game for nantwich. #crewealex

@Hack73 @joecos4457 Think the loyalty from most comes from the fact that most of them know they are lucky to be playing in the football league. Most that have signed perms with us in the past few years are injury prone that’s why they were free agents in the first place. The older players near….

@AdamGray1250 Exactly but even if we get rid of players like Thomas & Powell they get replaced with either academy grads not good enough or injury prone older players. Until we get a decent investor it’s just the same cycle & not very attractive to outsiders IMO

@jayhodson44 Think the reason we get good loan players personally is because bigger clubs know we have no choice but to play them every game because our other options are so poor. Look at Tez, Tommi, Marschall all had loans at clubs in the league before us but couldn’t get a game…

@crewealex7 I certainly hope so! Some of the players that have come through in the past 2/3 years are nowhere near football league level so will be interesting to see if that’s because they had to play u21’s rather than heading to leek/nantwich like a lot used to!
