@DAMIADENUGA It's estimated billing. My theory is Nepa basically guesses/estimates the total power consumed in a zone and divides it by the total number of houses in that zone. Whether your wire is cut, you have only one light bulb or even have prepaid meter, you'll still get the average bill

@PsudoMike He should have applied for IT support roles. The pay may not be as high as that of software engineering but it gets you into the IT industry faster. He can move up from there back into software engineering or any other IT roles.
