@deamrel Ask the hotel if their security is through a contractor or if it's run internally, and in either case, who the person responsible for setting the schedule and shift changes is, first and last name.

Ask them to put EVERYTHING in writing, including the GM for the hotel +

I worked security in CA for 3 years. There is ZERO excuse to not have anyone on the floors and ready to respond.
