1. Food quality.
Looks start with what I consider to be one of the most drastic differences:
What's IN both American foods & European foods.
Let's start with the American diet:
By all accounts, the NIKE STCA Elite Track Meet is shaping up to be the best meet of the season thus far (outside of Penn Relays of course)
Burlington City’s Malachi James & Washington Township’s Ajani Dwyer definitely are the headliners in the 100 dash, but you also get to see top hurdles like Washington Township’s Yashahya Brown, Willingboro’s Eric Foster, Williamstown’s Alexander Hollimon
Distance runners such as Egg Harbor’s Chris Manzo and Delsea’s Matthew Littlehales are sure to impress - then you also got throwers such as Glassboro’s Damere Lassiter, Hammonton’s Anthony Liakhnovich, and Delsea’s Jonathan Harris.
This meet is loaded with talent from top to bottom.
You learn a lot more from a loss, than you do from a win. Fought a great Glassboro team but excited to get back to work. Huge 22.8, 200 from freshman Jaevon Mitchell. Another freshman, Rahsir McQueen Futch with a big 11.8 PR.. jobs not finished and the rams are hungry for more!
