Today we commemorate Wear Orange, otherwise known as National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
Following the tragic death of Hadiya Pendleton on June 2nd, 2015, Wear Orange was born to honor her life and legacy, and remember every victim of gun violence.
Today, we #WearOrange.
5 years ago today we launched the Bicameral Gun Violence Prevention Caucus in the Ohio Legislature.
Five years, and the work continues. Keep an eye out for an exciting announcement in this space next month 👀
I’m excited to be endorsing my friend Antonio Sanders for State Central Committee from District 9.
Our party desperately needs more young people at the table, helping guide decision making and providing new insight.
Antonio brings a breath of fresh air, and he’ll be dedicated to expanding party infrastructure, investing in *real* organizing efforts, and building a party that fights for young people.
Brigid Kelly was a fearless and bold leader. She led with conviction, and was an early supporter of SFGL.
Please join us at the Brigid Kelly Day of Service on April 25th, 10am-2pm, in Norwood.
Together, let’s honor Brigid’s legacy 💚

We killed hundreds of bad bills this session. We also managed to pass some good ones including my EMS bill!
Now, we are sprinting towards the primary and need your help. For over two months, our opponents have been fundraising while we could not because of session 1/
New York: I'm running for re-election to continue serving as your Attorney General.
Since 2019, we've fought for every New Yorker, taking on the powerful, holding bad actors
accountable, and delivering results.
Our fight is far from over.

“Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney went as far as to call ICE an "illegal entity." She said the city isn't just asking ICE to follow local policies — "we demand it."

When I was fifteen I founded a non-profit to fight gun violence and was invited by President Biden to The White House to celebrate the first major federal gun reform in decades.
We need YOU to join our first team of volunteers and prepare for leadership positions.

If this reporting is accurate, Secretary Hegseth ordered a murder and must be held accountable.
This is probably why he is so concerned about Senator Kelly and my colleagues’ warning about illegal orders.
Grateful for the support of Akron Congresswoman Emilia Sykes, a fellow member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, she has led with courage and conviction in Congress.
Thank you, @EmiliaSykesOH!
I am extremely proud to support my good friend @KearneyForCincy, Vice Mayor of Cincinnati, for re-election on Nov. 4th.
At a time of expanding federal overreach and growing inequality, we need local leaders laser-focused on delivering for the people they serve. Vice Mayor Kearney does that.
Cincinnati, make sure you have a plan to vote on or before Nov. 4th for Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney!
I am immensely honored to have the support of my good friend, the Governor of Kentucky, Andy Beshear.
Gov. Beshear embodies the kind of servant leadership we so desperately need.
Remember, Cincinnati, make sure you vote on or before Nov. 4th!
Mayor Aftab, Vice Mayor Kearney, and Council have prioritized violence prevention efforts throughout the past four years.
Overall violent crime in Cincinnati is DOWN, and we need bold, innovative, leaders who will continue this work.
Vote on November 4th!
I’m sure the local outrage crowd will rush to mention the Republican judge who let him out on electronic monitoring… right?
Will be interesting to see if local media even reports it, or just keeps blaming Democrats for everything from the weather to the Bengals’ defense.
Now is the time to be brave. Republicans in Georgia have controlled our state for over 20 years leading to underfunded schools, closing hospitals, & low wages stuck at $5.15.
I'm running for Governor to change that.
