I BEG you to buy a faceless youtube channel.
Purchased these 4 dying channels for pennies on the dollar. rehabbed them. Scaled them. Flipped them.
There is zero luck involved.
Let me send you a free course on exactly how to do it.

📉 YTA Challenge — Weekly Update
(Goal: $1M/yr from faceless YouTube)
This one stings.
⸻
💸 Revenue collapse:
Only made $27.54 this past week.
That brings July total to $246.71, but the main monetized channel — the one that carried me — is now free-falling.
Views dropped hard:
~2K/day → now ~200/day
No clear reason. Just died out.
⸻
🧠 Mental trap:
I’ve been caught in a loop:
•When views are up → I obsess, refresh stats all day, don’t actually work.
•When views are down → I stress-refresh, hoping they bounce back… still not working.
It’s a productivity killer either way. Just watching, not building.
⸻
🌱 A small win:
Started a brand-new channel + launched a Discord tied to it — already 150 members strong.
The goal:
•Grow Discord to 10K members by October
•Then launch a $15/month subscription offer
•Aim: 100 paid users = $1.5K/month recurring
Still early, but promising.
⸻
🛠 Gameplan for August:
Before August starts, I need to batch the work now:
🎯 Goal for this coming week:
•Write scripts for 70+ videos (10 for Channel A, 30 each for B & C)
•Do editor outreach so everything’s ready to upload on time
If I can get the prep done this week, August can be all about publishing consistently without stress.
Also:
🚫 No stat checking in August
→ No revenue. No views. No RPMs.
→ Just upload. Every day. One channel will also run 2x/week.
⸻
Still chasing the $1K/month milestone.
Still building toward $1M/year.
Momentum’s down, but direction’s still up.
Let’s get it.
📈 YTA Challenge — Week Update
(Goal: $1M/yr from YouTube faceless channels)
It’s been 1 week since the last update — here’s what’s happened since:
⸻
💵 Second $100+ Week!
We’ve officially had our second $100+ revenue week from YouTube ads.
📆 Main channel is still carrying the load, but… there’s a shift happening:
🔻 Main Channel Views Slowing
Views on the main monetized channel are starting to dip.
Still solid RPMs, but the momentum is cooling off — something to keep an eye on.
📈 New Traction Elsewhere
Uploaded a few videos on other channels:
• 500–1K views each
• RPMs around $10
→ Not breakout hits, but signs of life
🛠 2 New Channels Launched
Experimenting in two completely new niches. No uploads yet, but scripts/ideas in motion.
⸻
😴 Struggling with Upload Frequency
Still a major bottleneck:
• US-audience = late-night upload window
• I procrastinate → it gets late → I’m tired → no video goes out
Need to build a better night workflow or shift the strategy.
⸻
🔥 What’s Next
1.Fix upload schedule – batch earlier, automate more
2.Push 5–10 videos this week across multiple channels
Still aiming for $1K this month (July).
It’s not smooth, but we’re still moving. One channel got us off the ground — now it’s time to scale.
Let’s go.
For all those running multiple YouTube channels what is the best way to structure channels so that you reduce chance of all getting taken down (says you get banned or whatever).
Would you need seperate emails and seperate Adsense for all?
Would you need to create a LLC for all?
What do you recommend?
📈 YTA Challenge — 1-Month Update
It’s been 30 days since I started the revised $1M YouTube Automation Challenge (June 8 → Dec 25). Here’s what happened:
⸻
 Life Hit Hard
I moved back home from college—completely changed my workflow.
Working at night while my parents sleep = not ideal.
That’s the honest reason why uploads didn’t go as planned.
🎯 Upload Goal: ~30+ videos
📉 Actual: ~8–10 videos across 6 channels
Not ideal. But some good things still happened…
⸻
💰 From 1 to 3 Monetized Channels
When I started:
•Only 1 channel was monetized
Now:
•3 channels are monetized 🎉
🔹 Channel 2: Was demonetized. Uploaded 3 new vids → reapplied → monetized again
🔹 Channel 3: Got traction from 2 old videos pulling 1–2K views/day
→ Hit the 4K watch hours requirement
→ Monetized 10 days ago
⸻
📊 First $100+ Week!
One of those channels hit its stride 💥
We just had our first $100 week from YouTube ads:
📆 Main channel revenue : $156.76 (seen in photo)
📈 Combined 30-day total revenue: $175
That includes:
•$150+ from the main monetized channel
•~$15 from the other two combined
🔥 What’s Next
1.Rebuilding a solid workflow now that I’m home
2.This week’s goal: 10 uploads – let’s see how that goes
Still a long way from $1M/year…
But we’re off the ground. Momentum is real. Let’s build.
Aiming for $1k in July
Challenge Update 🚨
Back in May, I kicked off the “0 → $1M YouTube Automation Challenge” — the goal: build a faceless YouTube empire from scratch to $1M/year in 150 days.
But things changed.
After some recalibration, I officially started the challenge on June 8, 2025 — and extended the timeline to 200 days.
The mission remains the same: hit a $1M/year run rate entirely from YouTube.
New Challenge Dates:
📅 Start: June 8, 2025
📅 End: December 25, 2025 (Day 200)
Why the shift? I needed a clean reset — new systems, new strategy, better tracking. Still building everything in public. Still faceless. Still raw.
What’s coming:
•Weekly updates w/ real metrics
•Revenue, ROI, and what’s actually working
•Mistakes I’m making (and correcting)
•Script, editing, and thumbnail workflows
•How I’m scaling 6+ channels from zero
Let’s build this in the open.
No fluff. No gurus. Just execution.
First Update Today
0 → $1M YouTube Automation Challenge
The Ultimate YTA Showdown Begins.
The Challenge:
Build a faceless YouTube empire from scratch to $1M/year in 150 days.
Start: Tuesday, May 27, 2025
Finish: Thursday, October 23, 2025 (Day 150)
I’ve been trying YouTube automation for 3–4 years with minimal progress.
Learned a ton. Made plenty of mistakes.
But this time, it’s different—it’s now or never.
I’m starting with 6 long-form channels.
All are already in progress:
•1 is monetized
•The other 5? Not earning yet.
Everything will be built in public.
I’ll share:
•Niches + research process
•Scripts, thumbnails, editing systems
•Revenue, expenses, and ROI
•Weekly updates with real numbers
•What’s working & what’s failing
No fluff. No secrets. Just raw execution.

Let’s grow together
@Bazillion054 Yup I am trying to do all those edits thing is the video is on should you live in x place so need footage of the place itself… believe it shouldn’t be considered copyright due to the educational aspect
Quick question for all you in the YouTube space:
Would adding a video credit as seen on bottom left for a 1 min clip used in hour long video (adding this for every 1 min clip) affect ability to monetise the channel as when reviewed it may have higher chance of being seen as ‘reused’ content or is this not an issue?
Also in description have a link to all relevant sources/youtube videos got footage from.

DAY 1
Videos Uploaded: 2
Revenue: $5.5
Spent most of the day writing video scripts so that we have consistent uploads for the rest of the week. Not too much happened in terms of views but 2 main updates:
On the 1 monetised channel I changed the niche of the videos (into a more USA elderly based audience) and looks like RPM is sitting at $8 which should hopefully rise to around $12 after a few more uploads. (1st picture)
Another channel doing really well and is getting approx 3k views per day but not monetised yet (has a 98% USA audience but 70% tv viewers so just need 300 or so more subscribers which should be achieved in next 20 days) 2nd picture.
3rd had a TT account which was in creativity programme thought I may as well upload 2 videos on there and made $4.50 so may keep that up while yt channels are still getting monetised as only takes 10 mins and gets some revenue.
