@AbsaSouthAfrica your business service are very poor . I’ve spoken to multiple virtual business banks every I request assist I’m always referred promised a consultant will call back it’s been a month and no one has called
@national_za you services are extremely poor and your officers are very arrogant and rude to their clients. We have been paying for months without receiving services and equipment that has allegedly been exchanged for new, which we pay for and they still do not work.
@rainSouthAfrica I have 2 routers 083 985 6028 and 060 673 3811 and the network is very terrible. We keeps going on and off and sometimes it stays offline the entire day. Please do something about it, it's exam time at its making life difficult .
@rainSouthAfrica I've been trying to contact you for the longest time and you contact details never go through. I've been charged for 3months for internet that was not working . I've paid for my subscription again this month and still it's says it's connected without internet.
